Lennox Agricultural Society
The Lennox Agricultural Society was established in 1832 by a group of people that wanted to improve livestock breeding and seed crops in the New World.  A gathering place for the Community to meet and share information and ideas.  The Society is managed by a volunteer board of 75 Directors and is a not-for-profit organization umbrellaed with the Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies.

In 1953 the Society purchased the land that the Fair Grounds are on, in hopes to build a bigger and better fair for the community.  The Napanee Fair is our biggest event fundraiser every year and has an approximate attendance of over 12,000 people.

We host a variety of events ranging from Horse Showmanship and Riding competitions to various Livestock Shows to a Poultry Competition to 4-H shows and exhibits and to Homecraft and Baking competitions. For our patrons, we also have a Midway on site with tons for rides and games, and we have a variety of vendors who come to showcase their products and business.
Aside from the Napanee Fair, the Lennox Agricultural Society also rents the grounds and buildings throughout the year to various individuals, groups, and organizations to host their events at.  Such things include Horse Shows, weddings, dances, trade shows, etc.  The Society also runs a storage program throughout the winter months for the public to store vehicles and trailers safely during the cold season.

For more information and/or inquiries in regards to the Lennox Agricultural Society or any of our events, please reach out to us at or call and leave a message at (613) 354-5264.  Or even better, please feel free to attend our monthly meetings, held at the end of each month! For dates and times, please refer to the "Meetings" part of our site!

We look forward to seeing you at the Napanee Fair and other events!
