Welcome to the Napanee Fair Has Talent Contest! We are in our 12th year of hosting our talent contest, which is open to everyone to audition for! Each performer will be given the opportunity to do 1 song or performance lasting 5 minutes. Performers are asked to have all music required to perform. The final event will take place on Friday, August 1 at the Napanee Fair in the Palace!

Ages 3-5, 6-8:
Contestants to draw a picture of their favourite memory being at the fair, or of an agricultural setting, such as farm work or their favourite farm animal. Each contestant will have a chance to talk to the convenor about their picture.
Youth (Ages up to 10):
Entries submitted on Friday by 4:00 p.m. Exhibits to be displayed in the Curling Club. The winner to be announced Friday evening at the Opening Ceremonies.
1. Write a story on what they like the best about the Napanee Fair.
2. Draw a picture of their favourite fair animal.
Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Palace.
Registration will be from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm in the Palace. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old. Dogs and cats must be on a leash or in a carrier. Exhibitors with other small pets are encouraged to bring a carrier of some kind to contain the pet between classes. All pets must be under control and well behaved. Adults are allowed to assist a child but not to show a pet for the child. No Pit Bulls to be exhibited.

Dieter Boehme- 7:30 pm
Dieter Boehme, a popular local entertainer, country music singer and recording personality, has appeared on the Tommy Hunter Show and performed with Merle Haggard and George Jones.
Wendy Lynn Snider Band- 8:00 pm
An award winning performer and recording artist from St. Catherines, Wendy is a Classic Country Music Entertainer. Recently won Country Group of the Year at the Niagara Music Awards.
Takes place on Sunday, August 3, 2025 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Grandstand.

The perfect way to help youth develop their communication and leadership skills, build self-confidence and become community leaders!
Eligibility Requirements:
This is a sponsorship program through the Lennox Agricultural Society
investing in our youth, through guidance, networking and gained knowledge
from various experiences while being a part of the Lennox Agricultural
Society.
As we are a group of volunteer members who come together with a
common passion and interest for agriculture, there will be a strong
emphasis on awareness for the agricultural industry.
The successful recipient will be awarded $500.00 at the opening ceremony
of the fair, and an additional $500.00 at the opening ceremony of the fair
when the next successful Ambassador is selected.
Part of the requirements of eligibility is to be willing to attend the OAAS
Convention in February 2026. The registration and financial expenses will
be covered through the Lennox Agricultural Society.
Being an ambassador is something to be proud of, and we expect our
ambassador to represent our Society and community with respect.
