Beginning at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025 in the Palace.
We are in our 11th year of hosting our talent contest, which is open to everyone to audition for! Each performer will be given the opportunity to do one song or performance lasting five minutes. Performers are asked to have all music required to perform. The final event will take place on Friday, August 2 at the Napanee Fair in the Palace!

We will be receiving auditions June 1st-July 14th. Those chosen to move on will be notified after this date.

Baby Show 0-6 months begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025 in the Palace.
0-6 Months:
1. Child and caregiver look alike
2. Grandparents pride and joy

4. Judges choice

Mini Fair Ambassador
Clydesdale Power "King & Queen of Strength"
Mini Fair Ambassador
Begins at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025 in the Palace.
Ages 3-5, 6-8:
Contestants to draw a picture of an agricultural setting or a favourite memory of the Napanee Fair. Each contestant will have a chance to talk to the convenor about their picture.
Youth (Ages up to 10):
Entries submitted on Friday by 4:00 p.m. Exhibits to be displayed in the Curling Club. The winner to be announced Friday evening at the Opening Ceremonies.
1. Write a story on what they like the best about the Napanee Fair.
2. Draw a picture of their favourite fair animal.

Ambassador Program
The perfect way to help youth develop their communication and leadership skills, build self-confidence and become community leaders!
Eligibility Requirements:
- 17 – 22 years of age
- Willing to be available during the 2025 Napanee Fair weekend- August 1st – 4th
- Willing to be available during the 2026 Napanee Fair weekend July 31st – Aug 3rd
- Willing to attend the Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies (OAAS) Ambassador Program February 2026 (details to follow)
- Willing to take part in other Lennox Agricultural Society events/appearances, and other opportunities of agricultural awareness and training made available to you, throughout your 2025/2026 Ambassador year
This is a sponsorship program through the Lennox Agricultural Society
investing in our youth, through guidance, networking and gained knowledge
from various experiences while being a part of the Lennox Agricultural
Society.
As we are a group of volunteer members who come together with a
common passion and interest for agriculture, there will be a strong
emphasis on awareness for the agricultural industry.
The successful recipient will be awarded $500.00 at the opening ceremony
of the fair, and an additional $500.00 at the opening ceremony of the fair
when the next successful Ambassador is selected.
Part of the requirements of eligibility is to be willing to attend the OAAS
Convention in February 2026. The registration and financial expenses will
be covered through the Lennox Agricultural Society.
Being an ambassador is something to be proud of, and we expect our
ambassador to represent our Society and community with respect.
The Application Process:
- Complete the Google Form. Deadline for applications is June 23rd , 2025
- Chosen applicants will be notified four weeks prior to the fair weekend. Two weeks prior to the fair our judging panel will conduct a round of short intro interviews on a designated day/night – applicants will be narrowed down to 3 at this point.
- Final process – our panel of judges will hear a prepared speech, as well as an impromptu speech on a selected topic. This process will take place at 5:30pm on August 1st . Following deliberation, the candidates will be introduced at the opening ceremony and the winner will be announced.
- Judging criteria to be considerate of: Personality, enthusiasm, appearance, engagement, community knowledge including history of our Napanee fair and involvement within the community.
